This course will introduce you to Polyvagal Theory. It will demonstrate how to map the various aspects of your nervous system, so that you feel less
overwhelmed. You will also learn what your nervous system needs when you do feel overwhelmed. Learning this can help build your sense of self and your capacity to care for yourself.
You will also learn how to complete the stress response cycle and set expectations to improve your well-being. All of this leads to a calmer nervous system and more
effective ways of engaging in care for the self.
